Overview
Using reverse-transfer printing technology, the Prima 4 produces
superb edge-to-edge cards with a glossy photo quality that is
comparable to offset lithographic printing. Images are first printed
onto a thin retransfer film as a ‘reverse image’ then heat
transferred onto the card, making it ideal for smart cards and
proximity cards where surfaces textures may be inconsistent.
